Welcome to TrustMatch, a mobile application owned and operated by The Big Fat Dad, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the TrustMatch app or our website located at https://www.trustmatch.app, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrustMatch. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You agree that all activity under your account is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any misuse of the app.

3. Use of the App

TrustMatch provides tools to help users verify and evaluate individuals based on contact information (name, phone, email). You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a respectful, non-abusive manner.

You may not:

  • Use the app to harass, defame, or target individuals

  • Use the app to impersonate someone else or submit false information

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the app

  • Interfere with the app’s functionality, APIs, or security

4. Paid Features and Subscriptions

Some features may require a one-time payment or subscription. By making a purchase through the app store, you agree to the respective app store’s billing terms.

We do not handle payment disputes directly—please contact the app store (Google Play or Apple) for refund or billing inquiries.

5. Accuracy of Results

TrustMatch provides identity insights based on third-party data and proprietary algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any results or scores are complete, correct, or up-to-date. You use this information at your own risk.

TrustMatch is not a background check service and is not a substitute for your own judgment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the app—including logos, visuals, text, algorithms, and branding—is the property of The Big Fat Dad, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse our content without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TrustMatch at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app’s integrity.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app, including identity evaluation outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Big Fat Dad, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you in the app or on our website. Your continued use of TrustMatch means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
